The Adventure Called Life Day 304...frisbee and soccer balls...

Today we left Bay Shore Camp. I loved this week. As hard as it was to keep energized sometimes, relying on the Lord was super vital, and that made it so. much. fun! God is so faithful. Every time I gave it my all, he made sure to give it a little extra so it was impactful.

I just bought a pair of Tom's Shoes! Yay! They are purple chords. I am excited.
I also get to see my boyfriend Monday, and life is good, we are being taken care of at Liz's house. Its been wonderful.

Luke has been giving me frisbee throwing lessons. He is just great! We played soccer, then they returned Jacob's soccer ball because he didn't like it. It was too slippery or something. I took a shower and it was wonderful. Now I am awaiting my prince to call...

The Lord has been so faithful this tour. He always came through and then some, even when I didn't expect it. may he receive all the glory, honor and praise. PRAISE THE LORD!

The Adventure Called Life Day 303...key changes...

Adam Davidson is the man. I love his constant modulations, and  he let us in on a wee secret tonight. I am super excited to try it out. Its a way of getting from the key you are in to the new key you want to play in. I would explain it, but I am just too tired.

Tonight after service, a group of us stayed behind and hung out around the piano for almost two hours. We just sat around talking and playing random songs...

well not its time to call the boyfriend. I get to see him in two days. :)

The Adventure Called Life Day 302...t-bell run anyone?...

that is exactly what happened tonight. Billy Stone and Kyle Reif came to visit us and friends at Bay Shore. Then we had the grand idea to go to Taco Bell a couple of towns over. It is now after 1:30am and we have to play at 9am. oh joy.

The Adventure Called Life day 301...five days...

There are only five days left of tour. I am a little sad. I really, really enjoy tour. But, I am so tired. I wish that I had more energy, and more to give the kids. All I can do is participate all that I can, and always be available, even when I really just want to curl up on the floor and go to sleep :)

Last night with the Lord's marvelous provision and hand, I lead a little girl back to Christ. I am in awe of what God is doing here at this camp. We are playing a lot, getting really hot and sweaty playing awesome games with the kids, eating really awesome food, and being blessed all the time with great people to work with. I am just so thankful for this experience and this job. my life is amazing...

almost time for dinner, Liz and Luke are doing special music tonight and the rest of us, minus Jake, are singing in the choir. This is gonna be fun!

The Adventure Called Life Day 300...milestones...

I can't believe it! My 300th day of blogging is here! WOW. Looking back on this journey has been incredible. I would encourage anyone I know to keep a journal and just see what God has done in a weeks time, and in 65 more days, it will be an entire year! Wow. just wow.

Here at Bay Shore, we are living it up in the sun. This afternoon I worked the zip line with Jake and Eric. I am developing calluses and it rocks! I love asking the kids if they had fun, and of course what their name is. I remember going to camp and feeling like I mattered all because some "adult" asked me for my name. It can literally make a kid's week that you ask AND remember their name...

We play two more times tonight, yay for this job. It is THE BEST ever. I am so ridiculously blessed.

The Adventure Called Life Day 299..beach day...

Today the whole camp loaded up on buses (wellspring took the van) and headed to the beach for the afternoon! Lake Huron is beautiful. I loved it. Completely clear day, so I have plenty of color on my arms and shoulders. My legs are still miraculously white :) Tonight Liz, Marc and I are going to tabernacle choir practice! YAY! Adam is leading the choir, so I am excited for that alone, but being in choir is lots of fun too...

We don't have youth service tonight. But we do have a family campfire after Big People service. I hope it doesn't go too late. All that sun and water made me pretty tired. This is our last monday on tour :( sad day!

The Adventure Called Life Day 298...sunday, sunday...

Today we play four times. Yeah, that's right, FOUR TIMES! We have played twice so far, so only the youth service, and the young adult service is now left. I am looking forward to playing for the college kids! Woot! woot!

I am having difficulty staying awake today for some reason. maybe its that lazy day sunday afternoon attitude I usually have at home...idk. This place is so relaxing and very beautiful. There is a boardwalk that goes out toward the shore of the saginaw bay. I am looking forward to seeing the sunset tonight. I hope that I can see it, we might still be in service, idk...

Zachariah is having a good day at work it seems. I am rejoicing for that! YAY LORD! Maybe we can skype tonight? :)

The Adventure Called Life Day 297...record time...

We have arrived at Bay Shore Family Camp! YAY! We got here around 1:15ish, set up, unpacked, sound checked and started laundry all in a little over two and a half hours! WOW. we are good! I am actually sitting in our cabin, on the internet. I know, such a blessing! Today is Liz's birthday, so everyone wish her a great 21!

I don't think we are scheduled to play tonight, but I think we have a meeting to be at after dinner. I hope that doesn't take up too much time, I would like to get some sleep :) I may be able to SKYPE Zachariah this week. That would be fun!
